Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that sleeps up to 12 guests, located in Elizabethton, Tennessee directly on the Watauga River! Enjoy some of the country's best trout fishing and unwind in peaceful seclusion. This property offers 2 private acres with 300 feet of river frontage, dock fishing, hot tub, playset, game room and more. If you’re looking to experience even more of the natural beauty of the area, you are a short drive away from Watauga Lake, Laurel Falls, Roan Mountain, the Blue Hole and many hiking and biking trails. If you’re looking for a location with access to other attractions as well as the beauty of nature, we’re a good fit as well! We are located in an area with quick access to both Johnson City, Tennessee, Bristol Tennessee, and North Carolina! College sports, NASCAR, the Bristol Casino, Skiing, Country Music Museum, and so much more, are just a short drive away!
